Shop to Win! Get a raffle ticket (and a Galentine necklace) for every $20 you spend in shops or eateries for the chance to win a gift certificate for a bouquet of roses from the Oroville Flower Shop. Bring receipts to the Downtown Oroville Booth before 8 pm to receive your raffle tickets.
