Join us for an evening of live Shakespeare at the Cedar Grove Meadow in Bidwell Park!

In this daring reimagining of Shakespeare’s classic farce, Legacy Stage’s The Taming of the Shrew (Kate’s Version), we meet our heroine, Katherine, a fierce and independent woman, staring down the reality that she must marry before her younger sister Bianca. A determined Petruchio sets out to win Katherine’s heart. Prepare for a riveting theatrical experience challenging societal expectations, delivering a unique and captivating take on love, independence, and the pursuit of unconventional happiness.

Each night, head out to the park early with a picnic and enjoy pre-show live music and time with friends! Pre-show starts at 7 PM; performance begins at 8 PM.
